Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, what we share (and don’t), and what choices
you have when you use Quixsale (the “Site” and “Services”).
2.1 Info You Give Us (Personal Details)
When you create an account or use the Services, you may share personal details like:

• Basic account details (like your login info and preferences)
• Billing details (only if you pay for something)
If you use Quixsale to post or publish content (we’ll call this “Subscriber Content”), that may include

• Property listings (details, photos, descriptions, etc.)
• Business directory listings (your business type, services, service area, contact info you choose to
display, etc.)
When you use the Site, we automatically pick up some basic technical info, like:
• IP address
• Cookies and similar tech (see Section 5)
Quixsale is built to help people find properties and connect with pros, so some info is meant to be
public:
Public: Your property listings and business directory listing (and the details you include in
them) are intended to be visible to other users so they can find you.
• Private: Your personal account info and billing info aren’t meant to be public.
If you don’t want something to be public, don’t put it in a listing or public-facing profile
We use your info to:
• Run the platform (accounts, listings, support, and core features)
• Connect people (help investors find properties and help users find pros in the directory/community)
• Send updates, marketing, and announcements (you can opt out anytime using the unsubscribe
link or by emailing us)
If you give us your phone number and opt in, we may send you SMS/text messages (like account
alerts, reminders, or updates).
• You can opt out anytime by replying “STOP”.
• Message and data rates may apply.
We only share info when it’s needed to make Quixsale work.
• If you post a property listing, that listing info will show up on the platform.
• If you create a business directory listing, that info will show up so others can find and contact
you.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing.
We use cookies to help the site work better—things like keeping you logged in, remembering preferences, and understanding what parts of the site are working well.
You can usually disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not work right if you
